A Dolphin's Promise is led by a committed group of volunteers from many walks of life. Together they share the common purpose of one day living in a world free from cancer.
Cindy Graf - President
Cindy Graf was born in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. She grew up in a family of three brothers and two very loving parents. She graduated with degrees in political science and urban planning. She has been married to her husband, Bill, a radiologist and commander in the U.S. Navy for over 22 years. Together they live in Sandbridge, Virginia.
Currently a photographer and artist, Cindy has created designs for the Mermaids on Parade Sculpture project as well as the Winged Horses of The Outer Banks. After losing her mother to colon cancer in 1999 she decided to create a sculpture project in her mother's honor and raise money for cancer research. Cindy's mother was not only her best friend but the person she most loved and admired. Her strength, courage and loving spirit inspired everyone she met. The project is her tribute to an incredible woman and to people everywhere who fight the brave fight to live with dignity in the face of canter.

Colonel Fred W. Greene III, U.S. Army, Retired - Vice President Operations
Colonel Greene was born in Medford, Oregon and graduated from Oregon State University with a double degree in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering. Upon graduation, he was commissioned a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army. He retired from the military in 1985 after 21 years of service in a variety of Armor and Infantry command and staff positions, including three years in the Republic of Vietnam and six years in Germany. His last duty station was the US Army Armor Center, Ft. Knox, KY, where he served as the commander of the 194th Armored Brigade and Chief of Staff of the Armor School and Center. His military schooling includes the US Army War College where he also received a Masters Degree in Public Administration.
Upon retirement from the Army he joined a Washington, D.C. consulting firm as a senior vice president representing a number of defense and environmental remediation firms. In 1999 he retired again and moved to Virginia Beach, Virginia, where he has served a a member of the Virginia Land Conservation Board of Trustees, President of the Sandbridge Beach Civic League, Board Member and President of the Back Bay Restoration Foundation, an Election Precinct Chief of the City of Virginia Beach, and operational member and fund raising chairman for the Sandbridge Volunteer Rescue Squad.

Pat Barton - Board of Directors
Pat Barton, 40 years young, was born in Hong Kong and grew up in the Sandbridge Beach area of Virginia Beach where he and his wife Amy now reside. A graduate of Flagler College he has a BA degree in Business Administration. Pat used that degree to create Sea Vision Sales & Marketing a company which specialized in sales and promotion of products in the Surfing Industry which he ran for 15 years. Currently he is a Realtor for The Will Carder Team-Re/Max Allegiance. He is also involved in the community as Vice President of the Sandbridge Beach Civic League. Pat’s hobbies include Surfing, Sailing, Outrigger Canoe Paddling and Traveling
Amy Barton - Director of Public Relations
Amy Barton, 35 years old, was born and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia. A graduate of Meredith College with a Bachelors in Social Work and a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a Masters in Social Work. After receiving her Masters, Amy worked for United Methodist Family Services in Richmond, Virginia as a Recruiter Trainer. She trained and wrote home studies for families that opened up their homes to special needs children. She ran therapeutic groups for foster families, adoption families, and her favorite population, special needs children ages 5 to 20.
She moved back to Virginia Beach to marry her husband, Pat. They have been married for 3 years, residing in the wonderful community of Sandbridge. Amy enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, outrigger canoeing, sailing and helping others.

Presently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The MASA Corporation; a manufacturer of value added products to the business forms industry; commercial printers; pressure sensitive label manufacturers; distributors of industrial packaging equipment and supplies; janitorial and commercial maintenance products, as well as, providers of contract and fulfillment packaging services. The MASA Corporation maintains its corporate offices in Norfolk, Virginia. It operates sales offices, manufacturing facilities, and production warehouse operations in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Richmond, and Lynchburg, Virginia.
Tom has been married to Sharon Lukinovich Fraim since 1963. They have two sons, Thomas E. Fraim, Jr., of Virginia Beach and John D. Fraim, of Richmond, Virginia.
Jim Reeve - Director
Born in San Diego California on November 28, 1964 to Cmdr. Robert & Marion Reeve. Cmdr. Reeve was a Naval Aviator and Marion Reeve was a housewife. Lived in several locations in Europe over the next four years and moved to Norfolk in 1969, where his father retired from the Navy in 1971. Began living in Virginia Beach in 1985. Marion Reeve passed away in 1982 from pancreatic cancer, and Robert Reeve passed away in 2001 from liver cancer. Married to Sally Drescher since 1991 and have two sons (Mathew who is ten and attends Red Mill Elementary and Charlie who is five). Sally is an interior designer and partner in Francis and Reeve Business Environments. They designed and built their home on Lotus Drive in 1997. Jim is President of Eco-Systems, Inc. a Class "A" general contracting company that specializes in environmental remediation, as well as,"green"construction projects. He owns Back Bay Getaways, LLC which is a company that promotes eco-tourism, outdoor adventure, and environmental education. He was elected in May of 2002 as a Virginia Beach City Councilman to a four year term for the Princess Anne District. He enjoys surfing, kayaking, jet skiing, scuba diving, snowboarding, jungle hiking, and spending time with his family.
